Phil and Judy Santie announce the track is for sale!
Malden Speedway has been operating successfully since 1999 and has been racing from March to October during those years. Now the Santie Family is retiring from racing and are asking $375,000 for the track and the business. This includes 40 acres at the site and all the equipment that goes with the track. If you’ve considered owning a business that is both fun and exciting, here you go! It’s a great way for a family to make a living doing what they love.
The Malden Speedway sets on 40 rural acres just north of the Malden, Missouri city limits. Phil and Judy Santie will also consider selling an adjoining 40 acres of farmland if needed.
